From your first site visit to your first swim — a proven process refined over 46 years.
Planning
The first step is a site visit. We discuss shapes, sizes, and options such as automation, lighting, stair entry systems, saltwater, and more. We determine optimal positioning, drainage, safety concerns, fencing, and patio options. Our goal is to educate and build a lasting relationship.
Contract & Permitting
Once the design is finalized, we sign a contract with an estimated start date. Oasis Pools handles the entire permit process and sources all materials. Our electrician is available for electrical services, and we coordinate with any other contractors involved.
Construction
From dig day to landscaping, our goal is to complete each swimming pool project in 30 days or less. Our efficient installation process and team of dedicated craftsmen simplify future maintenance. A significant number of our customers have been with us for over 30 years.
Landscaping
We take all precautions to protect your property during construction. When irrigation lines are found, we save heads and expose lines beyond our footprint. We guide you through the final stages of beautification and recommend trusted partners to carry out your vision.

Vinyl swimming pool liners typically last 10–15 years depending on water chemistry, sun exposure, frequency of use, and liner thickness. When it's time, replacing your liner is the most affordable way to completely transform your pool's look.
4 Signs It's Time to Replace Your Liner
The liner develops visible defects such as cracks, tears, or wrinkles.
Stained, discolored, darkened, or faded areas — especially if the pattern is no longer distinguishable.
The liner is stretching out or falling out of the track, exposing the pool wall.
The liner is detaching from the bead at the top edge of your pool.
When replacing your liner, it's also the perfect time to add stairs, LED lighting, a tanning ledge, or new railings — customizing your pool while you're already in the process.
